Health

Good health will naturally bring in money, love, power and fame.

  • For strong kidney: bitter foods, bell flower root, lamb, coffee, green tea, chocolate, dandelions, corn, ginseng, codonopsis.

  • For strong heart: beef, fish, aloe vera juice, almond, mint, pepper, gingko, pine nuts, hot spice.

  • For strong liver: sweet tasting foods, sweet potato, sweet rice, honey, royal jelly, propolis, ginseng.

  • For strong lungs: greens, beans, chicken, grapes, apples, all nuts ( except almonds and pine nuts), ginseng,
