  • Learn to buy the right foods for my body structure.

  • Learn to cook for my body structure with daily cooking class.

  • Learn to do Sun Doh breathing meditation.

This retreat is ideal for individuals seeking to understand their body’s manual the way their body was designed and how to best take care of it.

Retreat tuition covers: consultation, cooking class, Sun Doh breathing meditation, and private lodging with kitchen. Retreat participant will buy their own grocery for cooking classes and meals.
