Why do I have more health issues than other people?

Stomach and Heart energy

Health issues arise from the imbalance of the organ systems. For example, an individual with a weak Kidney organ system tends to avoid eating anything related to the Kidney energy that could help sustain the body and allow it to function better.

This individual’s eating habits continue to weaken the Kidney system by taking in foods with strong Stomach and Heart energy, breaking all harmony among the organ systems. This creates a huge problem for the body and adds to the growing list of health problems.

Though we often claim that we are eating all the recommended food items, in reality we eat specific foods to counter the beneficial ones. So, in the end we have not eaten anything to support our weak organ(s) and continue to suffer.

Why would we sabotage our own efforts?

The problem lies with not realizing the ingrained habits within us which is the direct source of our problems. When the body signals for help, the strongest organ system intercepts and ignores the signal in order to remain the dominant organ system. The dominant organ/s do not know what is good or harmful. They only know what they like.

For example, many MS sufferers are endowed with many talents and the capacity to bring them to fruition. However, they are hampered by shortage of Liver or Liver/Kidney energy.

Even though this body structure needs Liver and/or Kidney energy, the habits ingrained in their body do not favor Liver and/or Kidney energy food items. Not receiving the support that they require, the Liver and/or Kidney suffers a great deal and become unable to do their job. As long as we live on autopilot, unconscious of the habits of our dominant organ, we will continue to destroy the very allies that can help us flourish.

However, if the MS sufferers can increase the intake of what’s lacking in their body system, they will improve a great deal. They could even be free of MS if they take in what their body needs instead of what the dominating organ(s) desire.
